About me

Hi, I'm Efi (she/her). Therapy with me is based on compassion; for all of the messiness and contradiction that comes along with being human. Everyone's needs are unique so my approach is flexible. It can be a place to just share, to explore the past, create tools for the future or all of the above.

I know that finding the right therapist can be daunting so I offer a free 30 minute consultation for you to ask me any questions you have and get to know my style.

I provide an inclusive, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ positive space where you can share your thoughts, free of judgement. A place where you feel heard and where no emotion is too big or too small to discuss. Beyond that, what I provide depends on what you need. Every person, day and conversation is different, so my approach is fluid. This allows me to meet you where you are at any given time. We can explore your past, unpick your feelings in the present or create goals for the future. We will work together to discover what growth means for you.

Whilst I support clients of all kinds, I am particularly dedicated to providing therapy that is queer, neurodivergent and sex positive. I provide a space where ADHD, Autistic and LGBTQ clients can share the nuance of their experience without feeling like they have to spend their time educating.

I want to make sure that our sessions are as accessible as possible so I am always happy to include any adaptations that would make you feel more comfortable. For example:

  • low lighting
  • not to look directly at the camera
  • breaks or pauses in sessions
  • a detailed explanation of a standard session sent in advance
  • anything else….

Training, qualifications & experience

I am qualified as a pluralistic psychotherapist. I also have a master's degree in Gender Theory and 4 years of experience working with children who have autism, ADHD, OCD, dyspraxia etc. All of this experience informs my practice.

My qualifications are:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
  • Princes Trust Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy
  • MA Gender Studies
  • BA (Oxon) Human Sciences
