About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, anger, strained relationships, friendships, the pressures of work or school or the impact of trauma?
I work with both adults, young people and teens. Offering a welcoming, empathetic and warm space if you are navigating burnout, loss, neurodivergence, SEN or anything else you might be facing.
With years of experience as a primary and secondary school teacher and having worked in mental health clinics, I can work with you to explore ways to cope, to process through emotions and in learning new skills.
We can do this by talking, by building a relationship where you are heard and seen, and by using creativity, play, movement and body awareness. This approach supports you in reaching places words alone cannot reach.
If it feels like a huge step to start therapy, why not book in a free 15 minute discovery call to find out a bit more?

Over time, clients often experience greater clarity, confidence, self-compassion and more fulfilling relationships.
