About me

Counselling can support you in facing a wide range of challenges, such as anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, workplace issues, bereavement, major life changes or crises, and both past and ongoing trauma. I provide psychodynamic counselling, which focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves by exploring aspects of our experience that may lie outside of conscious awareness. My training enables me to work with unconscious processes and to explore how past experiences might be influencing your present life.

I specialise in helping with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationships. I can also help clients to explore their past in order to better understand the way in which they see and interact with themselves and others.

Support and healing begin here. You are not alone.
