About me
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle of low mood? Finding school, college, university, or work harder to cope with than you expected? Maybe everything feels like too much and nothing seems worthwhile anymore.
If you're feeling pressure at home or at school, panicked by your thoughts or emotions, or unsure how to manage everyday challenges, you're not alone. Whether you're dealing with panic attacks, anger that feels out of control, or simply need someone to talk to who genuinely listens, support is here.
I work with young people and young adults who want to feel heard, understood and seen. I have experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity, helping them make sense of their experiences and recognise their strengths.
Over the years, I've helped young people navigate difficult emotions, build confidence and find a clear route forward. I use a range of therapeutic approaches to help clients understand themselves, manage challenges and begin making meaningful changes in their lives.
I'm a qualified integrative psychotherapist offering both short-term and long-term therapy. My clinical training includes humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy, allowing me to tailor evidence-based support to each person's needs.
With over 13 years of experience across educational and mental health settings, I have a strong understanding of the emotional, behavioural and developmental challenges that can arise during adolescence and early adulthood.
I'm committed to ongoing professional development and provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what you're going through at your own pace.
