About me
I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I have worked across the lifespan and have a plethora of experience in private practice and the National Health Service (NHS).
I offer a 15 minute consultation to find out how I can help you, if you then like to proceed, with the first meeting I offer an assessment (asking you lots of questions about yourself), then I formulate (gather the information you've given me), so I can think which evidenced based psychological interventions I can administer.
My interventions tend to be integrative; I use CBT, CFT, SFT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and approach therapy with a compassionate, authentic, non-judgmental manner.
I work with everyday life challenges/stressors, physical and mental health concerns. I have worked with but limited to:
- Narcissistic Abuse
- Life circumstances (divorce, moving, separation, adjustments)
- Work-related stress/burnout
- Low mood (acute and chronic)

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
