About me

People encounter difficult times in their lives for many reasons. You may be feeling anxious, stressed, angry, low or depressed and be looking for support in expressing the impact this has on your daily life. Life can bring many emotional challenges and negotiating change and uncertainty can be difficult and distressing. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to reflect upon and explore the difficulties you experience. Together we can gain deeper understanding of what has been happening for you and help you to gain insight into yourself and how you relate to others in your life.

I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor, registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, psychoanalytic principals which allows an exploration of both the presenting problem, the underlying roots and the unconscious, mental processes that influence behaviour. I work with adults of all ages, from many different backgrounds, offering both in-person and online therapy.

My therapy rooms are based within the Chiropractic Clinic in Street Somerset. I work in a comfortable, calm room which is easily accessible by car or public transport. My rooms are on the first floor accessed via a flight of stairs.
