About me
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I have an understanding of various types of counselling and will use these to guide you through your problems. This includes person-centred, systemic and cognitive behaviour therapy. We will work together to discover the best way forward for you. I have worked with people from various backgrounds, and cultures and with people who have identified their sexualities in their own personal ways. I am passionate about helping people to achieve their aims and live the best way they want to.
I have a certificate in Counselling skills and a Level 5 Diploma in Relational therapy. I have a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy. This means I see people on their own or those in a relationship. I can help with various problems including relationships, intimate or sexual problems and dysfunctions. I do this by helping you to explore your worries and concerns in a non-judgmental empathic way. This work will then help you to focus on a way forward.
Choosing a therapist can be daunting and is a bold step. I will help ease you through this part of the process by working alongside you to find the best way forward.
