Grief, Losses, anxiety, depression, low self esteem & life transitions or situational stresses.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with loss or change?

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.

I'm an integrative counsellor supporting adults through:

  • Grief and bereavement
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Depression and low mood
  • Situational stress (e.g. work, relationships, finances)
  • Difficult life transitions (e.g. divorce, relocation, retirement)
  • Feeling lost, disconnected or unable to cope
  • Navigating perimenopause & managing menopause.

Offering sessions online or in person walk & talk therapy in the New Forest or surrounding coastline areas amongst healing nature. Exploring what matters to you while walking together at your own pace.

Many clients find walk & talk, grounding & calming, especially when emotions feel overwhelming or hard to express in a room.

The option to book a room is available at The Arches Physiotherapist Lymington.

Reconnecting with nature recognising how powerful eco therapy is in supporting healing & creating resilience for your wellbeing needs.

My approach is collaborative and flexible - I draw on different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs, including person-centred, eco therapy & mindfulness-based practices.

Together, we create a space where you can process difficult feelings, reconnect with your inner resources, & move towards clarity & confidence.

I believe therapy is not about fixing you, but about supporting you to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-understanding and resilience.

Training, qualifications & experience

My work is rooted in a holistic person centred approach that supports the whole self, mind body soul & environment.

Working privately & within the NHS, using my experienced integrative therapeutic counsellor & yoga therapist skills. I am passionate about supporting emotional, physical, &  social wellbeing in our community.

Supporting clients to reconnect with what supports their true self.
Drawing on a range of therapeutic models specific to your needs, eco therapy, transactional analysis, CBT, Gestalt, creative expression,  somatic, mindfulness based approaches, alongside yoga therapy and nature-based practices.

My experience & background in yoga therapy brings a trauma-sensitive, somatically body-aware dimension to the counselling process, supporting clients to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their inner resources, & move through life’s challenges with greater ease & confidence.

I walk alongside others with compassion & authenticity, offering a safe, supportive space where healing & transformation can unfold in ways that feel meaningful and empowering, guiding you to reconnect; understand  & become your true self & full potential.
