About me
If you’ve made it this far, truly, well done. Reaching out can be hard, especially when life feels messy or overwhelming. You might be here because things just aren’t sitting right. Maybe you're feeling stuck or lost. Maybe you’re carrying a lot internally, constantly overthinking, or holding it all together on the outside while quietly unravelling underneath.
Perhaps you’re asking yourself:
What am I doing with my life?
Who even am I now?
Was any of that ever really me?
The pressure to keep going, managing work stress, navigating relationships, showing up in a world that doesn’t always show up for you can be exhausting.
If this resonates with you, I work with people who tend to feel things deeply. You might be a reflective thinker or someone who’s always felt a bit different or misunderstood. You might be navigating life with neurodivergence, burnout, identity shifts, or self-doubt. I offer a space where you don’t need to explain everything from scratch, a space where you can just be, and start figuring things out at your own pace.
I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw from different approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT, but always with my client's needs at the centre. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or trying to make everything neat. It’s about slowing down, being honest with yourself, and gently exploring what matters now and what works for you.
To work alongside you to explore what’s going on for you, at a pace that feels right. Together, we can look at your experiences, thoughts, feelings, relationships and any patterns that might be causing you difficulty or holding you back.
Whether you’re in the middle of a big transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply don’t know where to start, that’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need somewhere to begin.
If you’re curious or feel like we might be a good fit, do get in touch.
Our work together will be led by your goals and your pace. I offer both short-term (6–12 sessions) and open-ended therapy, depending on what feels right for you.

I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, creating safety, connection, and self-understanding. Alongside individual therapy, I also facilitate peer support spaces, reflective workshops, and inclusive community-led events.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

£55–£60 per session: For those managing their expenses but without much financial flexibility.
£65–£75 per session: For those with financial stability and the ability to contribute toward making therapy more accessible for others.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly via secure online video call.
