About me

Available in-person, online or over the phone. Sessions in Twickenham, W2 and outdoors in nature, for nervous system regulation at Kew Gardens.

I am a fully qualified and BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist drawing on a range of approaches and therapeutic tools to meet you wherever you are on your journey. I also offer Sandplay therapy, a nonverbal therapeutic approach that enables both children and adults to express and explore their inner world through symbolic scenes created with sand, water and miniature objects. I am offering both short-term and long-term therapy.

I support clients experiencing anxiety and persistent worry, depression and low mood, stress and burnout, life transitions, body image, pregnancy related concerns, infertility, relationship difficulties, self esteem issues, loneliness, grief, abuse, parenting challenges, divorce and trauma. I also work with those seeking deeper self-understanding and personal growth.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, drawing from integrative, humanistic, psychodynamic, and transpersonal approaches.

Whether you’re looking for emotional support, long-term inner work or a safe space to reconnect with yourself, I offer a compassionate therapeutic space for healing and transformation.

Our sessions are collaborative. Think of me as a companion on your journey, sailing alongside you as you discover new possibilities and find greater clarity, resilience and connection in your life, with yourself, others and with life. In our work together, I may invite you to reflect on beliefs or values that no longer serve you while supporting you in discovering new perspectives and ways of being. In some cases, I may draw on breath work, mindfulness or body awareness techniques, especially helpful if you’re navigating anxiety, stress and depression.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
