I am a professional practitioner with 21 years experience in the Health Care Setting.
As a professionally qualified therapist I understand how challenging making a decision to come for counselling can be. You may be having some mixed feelings about seeking help. I aim to put you at ease firstly by assuring you of a discrete service. I will listen to you in a non-judgemental way.
I offer 1:1 integrative counselling within a contracted relationship. This ensures my practice is ethical and that I keep you safe. I see clients of all ages.
I strongly believe the counselling relationship is the key to successful outcomes for my clients. This is built on trust and mutual respect. Therapy offers you space and time to reflect on issues and challenges in your life or to enhance areas in your life that you feel would give you greater fulfillment and lead to happiness. Change in our lives can be smoother if there is someone with the necessary skills to help along the way.
I feel privileged to work with every client and share such a journey to a more positive place.
If you are ready to take this step then please do call me; leave a message if I cannot pick up your call and I will call you back. We can arrange an assessment and you can decide if you would like to proceed with me. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions you can have as my practice is private and not restricted.
