Debbie Allen, MBACP, BA (Hons).

About me
I am a qualified Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP.) I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis once a week in a therapeutic environment. I offer open-ended therapy or time-limited/problem focused therapy for either six or twelve weeks.
Working together in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space we will explore the presenting problems you are facing. If working with me short-term then we can focus on a particular problem and find a way for you to manage better. If you are working long-term with me then we can work on a deeper level getting to the root of the re-occurring issues.
Each weekly session lasts for fifty minutes, at the same time, in the same place. Our first meeting will be a consultation and will take up to an hour. We will use this session to see how we feel about working together and so i may gather an understanding of what is happening in your life, and to find the best way to proceed.
My practice is very accessible, just around five minutes walk from Wallington train station and various bus routes.
