Debbie Allen, MBACP, BA (Hons).
07412644987 / 07412644987
I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP.) I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis once a week in a therapeutic environment. I offer open-ended therapy or time-limited/problem focused therapy for either six or twelve weeks.
Working together in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space we will explore the presenting problems you are facing. If working with me short-term then we can focus on a particular problem and find a way for you to manage better. If you are working long-term with me then we can work on a deeper level getting to the root of the re-occurring issues.
Each weekly session lasts for fifty minutes, at the same time, in the same place. Our first meeting will be a consultation and will take up to an hour. We will use this session to see how we feel about working together and so i may gather an understanding of what is happening in your life, and to find the best way to proceed.
