About me
I am an experienced Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) specialising in working with people suffering from Impostor Syndrome, Low Self-Esteem and Anxiety Disorders.
I offer in-person appointments in Rainham, Kent as well as online video sessions. To book a free consultation call then visit my website and where you can book in a time to discuss whether we might be a good fit for each other in addressing the problems you want help with.
In the therapy session we will work together to develop a clear understanding of your problems and how they are being maintained. We can then use this understanding to help develop the skills and strategies to help overcome your problems so you can take better control over how you are living your life.
I have over 20 years experience delivering therapy working with a wide range of problems including Anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and have completed additional training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) which both inform how we will work together.
