About me
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, or going through big changes, it's easy to feel stuck or unsure of where to turn. Relationships, family, and work can all impact how we see ourselves and the world around us. That's where therapy can help—offering support, space, and clarity when you need it most.
Therapy (and coaching) are all about working together in a safe, trusting space. I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Zoom or phone to ensure we feel like the right fit. It's an informal chat—no pressure, no obligation—just a chance to discuss what you need and see if we click.
I aim to help you move forward with confidence. We'll look at what's getting in the way and work towards a more grounded, connected, and fulfilling life.
I'm a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and a member of the BACP, with five years of training at the Metanoia Institute—one of the UK's top psychotherapy centres.
I work in Central London (W1) and Clapham (SW4) therapy rooms.
Training, qualifications & experience
- MSc (Distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University
- Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute
- Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling – Metanoia Institute
- Business Coaching Certificate – Møller Institute, Churchill College, University of Cambridge
Over the past four years, I have worked with clients at Metanoia Clinic in Ealing, The Awareness Centre in Clapham, and Talking Counselling in the City of London while also volunteering with Advocacy for All, a mental health charity supporting vulnerable individuals.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I studied law, journalism, and writing at City, University of London, and spent 25 years as a television executive. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the pressures and complexities of professional life. Drawing on my real-world insight and clinical training, I now support clients in navigating personal and professional challenges with clarity and confidence.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Therapy starts with a strong, trusting relationship—one where you feel safe, heard, and understood. My role is to support and gently challenge you as you gain clarity and confidence.
Everyone’s journey is different, so I tailor my approach to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, helping you process emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward.
Therapy isn’t just about reflection—it’s about change. We’ll work towards meaningful goals, creating small but powerful shifts that lead to a more fulfilling life.
