About me

I have been supporting people of all ages since 2004, with experience in trauma (recent and childhood), anxiety, loss, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My work has evolved into ‘Finding Self’, a nature-based therapeutic approach for those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected during times of change. I offer a calm, safe and containing space where experiences can be explored gently and at your own pace.

As an Integrative Advanced Therapeutic Counsellor, I work creatively using Clay Therapy (advanced level), Nature Therapy, SandPlay and other expressive approaches. I also incorporate my Seasonal Insight Practice, helping clients understand where they are emotionally, recognise patterns, and reconnect with themselves.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey and in helping you make sense of your experiences, so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding if you’d like to work with me.

Further information

Over many years of supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, I have noticed how often individuals struggle with a sense of disconnection — from themselves, from others, or from a sense of direction in life.
This understanding has shaped the evolution of my practice and led to the development of my Finding Self approach, which focuses on supporting reconnection, belonging and a deeper sense of self.

I work with people experiencing a variety of challenges including trauma (past or recent), anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, bereavement, relationship difficulties, confidence issues and life transitions.

My work is rooted in Natural World Therapies, recognising the growing evidence that nature-based and creative approaches can positively support both emotional and physical wellbeing. As part of this, I incorporate my Seasonal Insight Practice, which uses the cycles and rhythms of nature to help clients reflect on where they are in life, understand patterns, and find a way forward that feels meaningful and sustainable.

I offer an integrative approach tailored to each individual, which may include Advanced Clay Therapy, nature-based work such as Walk & Talk sessions, SandPlay, and psychotherapeutic counselling.

I aim to provide a calm, respectful and containing environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely and at your own pace. Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and it is important that the support feels right for you. I am happy to answer any questions so you can make the choice that feels best for your journey.
