If life feels a struggle right now, you don't have to suffer alone. A fully qualified counsellor, based in Clapham Junction, SW London, I can help you explore your problems in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
In therapy, I work with you to help you recognise and understand your feelings more fully, increase your self-awareness, and support you to consider the choices you may wish to make in your life.
How can I help?
I am an Integrative Counsellor – meaning I ‘integrate’ or bring together, a variety of different therapeutic techniques and approaches to fit the individual needs of each client. Integrative counselling acknowledges we are all unique, and that what’s helpful for one client, might not necessarily be for another. I work collaboratively with you to discover what feels most helpful and effective for you.
Sessions are available either online via Zoom, or face-to-face at the therapy rooms where I work in Clapham Junction. Counselling sessions are held weekly, each lasting 50 minutes, and are available on either a short or long-term basis. Typically, after an initial email or telephone conversation, a first session is arranged where we can discuss what it is that brings you to counselling now, and what you may wish to achieve. You can then decide whether you want to continue with therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB).
I have over three years experience of working with clients on a wide range of issues and emotional difficulties at counselling services in south London.
I undergo regular CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and am currently undergoing training in Somatic Trauma Therapy.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
