About me
As a Humanistic counsellor and life coach, I offer a private and confidential setting in which you can explore whatever feels difficult, complex, or unresolved in your life – at your own pace and in your own way.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, creative, self-aware individuals who may already reflect on their inner world and their context – yet can still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone with certain experiences. Often the issue is not a lack of insight. Rather, it is that insight on its own does not always lead to change.
As a counsellor and coach, I can add another dimension. Through careful listening and a genuine effort to understand your experience from your point of view, a collaborative working relationship can develop.
Within this relationship, you are not judged, analysed, or directed toward predetermined answers. Instead, you are supported in exploring your own thoughts and feelings more fully, discovering new perspectives, and finding your own way forward – with the benefit of a steady, experienced presence alongside you.
Of course, you do not need to arrive with a clear problem or goal. You may simply have a sense that something in life is not quite right. Clarity develops over time.
