NCS Accred/A.C.T Accred Practitioner/Supervision, APT-Accred

About me

Hello, I’m Dave Latham, a qualified counsellor and Supervisor with over 20 years of experience, offering compassionate support to individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with bereavement, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, or coping with the impact of cancer, I’m here to help you find a path forward. I also have extensive experience supporting families affected by suicide and other life-altering events.

As a predominantly Person-Centred Therapist and Accredited A.C.T (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) practitioner, my approach is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I work with children (ages 10 and up), adults, and couples, helping to build stronger connections and resolve issues before they escalate. You don’t need to wait until things are in crisis to seek support—addressing concerns early can often make all the difference.

With flexibility in locations—Bromsgrove, Evesham, and Kidderminster on alternate Thursdays—and evening sessions until 10 pm on three nights a week, I strive to make it as convenient as possible to prioritize your mental health.

As a qualified and regulated accredited member of the NCPS, I am  here to help you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. My counselling services are available both Face to Face, homes visits if appropriate and Online, offering you flexibility and accessibility.
