Supervision details
I see supervision as:
A safe place to offload the emotional weight of the work
A space to reflect, make sense, and grow your confidence
A way to keep clients safe and your practice ethical and sustainable
Somewhere you can be honest when you’re stuck, frustrated, tired, or doubting yourself – without judgement or sugar-coating
I’m very much “real-world supervision”: practical, honest, and compassionate, with a focus on what actually helps you and your clients.

What to Expect in Our Supervision
In our work together, you can expect:
A steady base – someone who understands the emotional graft of this job
Space for you – not just your clients; we’ll notice how the work lands in your own life
Ethical & safeguarding focus – clear thinking around risk, capacity, and multi-agency work
Case reflection with a mix of person-centred, ACT and CBT-informed thinking
Support with private practice issues where relevant (fees, boundaries, cancellations, advertising, workload)
We will look at:
Your client work – themes, blocks, risks, and progress
Your use of self – what gets triggered, what gets avoided, what needs care
Boundaries & self-care – so you can stay effective without burning out
Professional development – identifying the therapist you’re becoming and want to be
