I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 year's experience post qualification.
I am an Integrative Therapist, supporting individuals or couples. I support people 14 years or older.
I have experience supporting people with drug and/or alcohol use issues, gambling problems, identity (sexuality, gender, race, etc.) issues, problems relating to food and eating, people struggling with low mood, anxiety or self-esteem.
I offer in-person therapy in my consultation room in Wedmore, Somerset, and also work remotely (Zoom, Teams or telephone).
I am also a fully qualified Coach. I have experience working as a Senior Leader of a large company for many years. I have much experience of coaching executives and other senior leaders of mid to large size companies.
I am registered with a range of Private Health Insurance companies and can invoice for these via their preferred method. Please enquire if you want to check if I am registered with your insurer.

Counselling & Psychotherapy:
I completed 7 year's post-graduate study to become UKCP and BACP Accredited, including 1 year Certificate, 2 year Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Regents College & City University) & 2 years Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy (ADEPt)
Coaching:
I completed an ILM Level 7 Coaching Qualification in 2021
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

My (30 minute) initial consultation is free.
My standard rates for 50 minute therapy sessions is £80. Couples sessions are 90 minutes, for which I charge £125 per session.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist. I had a training in Existential Psychotherapy, but also covered all other approaches to psychotherapy, including psychodynamic, CBT, and Person-Centred.
I have an ILM Level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching
