About me
Counselling for every part of who you are, affirming of all identities and aware of the wider systems we navigate together.
I’m a humanistic counsellor, which means I centre you; your experiences, your pace, your needs. Our sessions will offer a space where you can explore whatever matters to you — whether that’s relationships, identity, work, life changes, or things that are harder to put into words.
I actively welcome neurodivergent, trans, and disabled clients, and I aim to offer a space where you can bring your whole self, without needing to explain or defend who you are.
I believe the relationship between us is at the heart of counselling. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe and supported enough to explore even the more difficult or painful parts of your life, in your own time.
To help you get a feel for how I work, I offer a free introductory call. If you choose to continue, I’ll send you a simple contract so we’re both clear on what to expect. We’ll then arrange your first session — a space to explore what brings you here and what you hope for from counselling.
You are welcome to book sessions flexibly from there, though I recommend keeping them fairly regular (usually weekly or fortnightly) to help maintain momentum and consistency.
