About me
My name is Danielle, and I am a UK-based counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults aged 18+ across the UK.
Seeking support is a powerful and courageous step. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences together. My aim is to help you develop clarity, emotional resilience, and meaningful change through a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I work with a range of difficulties, including anxiety (including social and health anxiety), depression, trauma, grief, stress, perfectionism, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, attention and focus difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. I also support relationship and communication difficulties, including boundary-setting, dependency patterns, and interpersonal stress.
I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing identity-related stress, minority stress, or the emotional impact of invalidating or unsupportive environments.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), tailored to your individual needs and goals. I am compassionate, approachable, and client-focused. I value building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, heard, understood, and supported, while providing a steady and structured space to work towards change.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across the UK, providing flexible and accessible support.
Above all, I aim to offer an inclusive and affirming therapeutic space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges, offering a space to listen, support, and empower you. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Additional information
I offer 50-minute online one-on-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, helping you explore personal challenges, emotional difficulties, and life transitions while developing practical coping strategies and therapeutic tools to support you in daily life.
I also offer a free, optional 20-minute consultation to explore your needs and see whether we might be a good fit. This provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions about therapy, and learn more about how we might work together before committing to regular sessions.
