MNCPS(Accred) Adult, Adolescent and M.E/CFS Psychotherapist

About me

I’m a neurodiversity-affirming Psychotherapist with lived experience of M.E/CFS offering gentle, paced online therapy for adults and young people living with M.E/CFS, chronic health conditions, burnout, ADHD, and autism.

My practice is grounded in compassion, accessibility, and a deep understanding of how long-term conditions and neurodivergence shape emotional wellbeing, identity, and the impact this can have on your daily life.

I support clients who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of survival. Together, we work at a pace that honours your energy limits and your lived experience. I welcome you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. My practice is focused on never pushing, never pathologising, always collaborating in a space that is safe and non-judgmental.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or justify your experience.

I look forward to the possibility of working together, and if I’m not the right fit for you, I wish you well in finding the therapist who feels right for your needs.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice
  • Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory
  • Levels 2 and 3 in Counselling
  • Currently undertaking a Master's Degree in Psychology
  • I hold an Enhanced DBS, and I am on the update service. I am committed to my personal and professional development, attending training and regular clinical supervision.

I have had the privilege of working as a school counsellor, supporting young people aged 12–18 with anxiety, low mood, identity challenges, neurodivergence, and the pressures of school life. This work strengthened my understanding of how early experiences, environment, and nervous system overwhelm shape emotional well-being.

I have also worked within a homelessness charity, offering psychological and emotional support to adults facing complex life circumstances, including trauma, social exclusion, chronic stress, and instability. This role deepened my commitment to providing therapy that is compassionate, non-judgemental, and grounded in real-world understanding.

Alongside this, I have provided online psychotherapy to adults, supporting clients living with ME/CFS, chronic health conditions, burnout, ADHD, autism, and long-term emotional overwhelm.

Working online has allowed me to develop a practice that is accessible, paced, and responsive to fluctuating energy and sensory needs. I offer short-term and open-ended therapy.
