About me
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, struggling with trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, or finding it hard to understand why you're feeling the way you do. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it on your own.
I offer warm, supportive online counselling for adults across the UK, where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. We'll work together to make sense of what's happening for you, at a pace that feels right.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I adapt the way we work to suit you. Some people simply need a space to talk through what's been happening that week, while others want to understand their anxiety, trauma, panic attacks or nervous system in more depth. There isn't one right way to do therapy, and we don't have to rush.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I have experience supporting people with anxiety, trauma, addiction, bereavement, relationship difficulties and many of life's challenges.
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you've never had therapy before. That's why I offer a free 20-minute consultation. It's a chance for us to chat about what has brought you here, answer any questions you may have, and help you decide whether I'm the right counsellor for you.

Further information
My experience includes working in addiction services using a trauma-informed approach, supporting people to better understand their relationship with alcohol and substances. I recognise that addiction is often about far more than the substance itself, and together we can explore what alcohol or substances have been helping you cope with, without judgement or pressure.
Alongside this, I offer LGBTQ+ affirming counselling where you can explore your identity, relationships or life experiences without feeling that you need to explain or justify who you are. My aim is to provide a space where you feel accepted, respected and able to be yourself.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over six years working as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting adults living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health difficulties and those receiving end-of-life care. Those experiences deepened my understanding of how differently people experience grief, loss, trauma and life's challenges, and continue to shape the way I work today.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties or simply feeling overwhelmed, we'll work together at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
