About me
Hi! I'm Danielle, an accredited Clinical Psychologist. I aim to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment to help you feel better about yourself so that you can begin living your life in the way you desire.
I can help with a wide range of difficulties including low self-esteem, depression, loss, anxiety, stress, trauma, as well as issues in relationships and attachments. In therapy, I will help you to explore your personal and relational history, as well as societal influences, to better understand the difficulties you have been experiencing. I am experienced in a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT) and typically draw upon an integrative approach, meaning that I can tailor the therapy to your needs.
Please reach out for a 15 minute free consultation call to see if we are a good match. I look forward to hearing from you!
