About me
In a world where we are more connected than ever before, do you often find yourself feeling lonely? Do you ever feel restless, knowing something doesn’t quite feel right, but you’re not sure what the problem is? Maybe you know that an issue is affecting your life, but you don’t know where to begin in resolving it. If any of this sounds familiar, then together we'll look to identify the feelings, beliefs and memories that are specific to you, and find ways you can respond to these leaving you feeling calm, self-compassionate and more resolved.
Sometimes it’s hard to talk openly with family or friends. I will offer you a space for you to begin to think about yourself, your life and the issues that might be affecting you. We will explore topics that you wish to explore, with no additional pressure to delve into the things you’re not yet ready to. Together, we can hope to shed light on the root of a difficulty and set your goals together, working towards the change you want.
I will spend time getting to know you and will tailor the work we do around what we both feel is needed, with regular reviews to check that we are making progress.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
- Addiction
- Anxiety
- Cancer
- Depression
- Low-Self Esteem
- Loneliness
- PTSD
- Relationship Problems
- Stress
- Trauma
I offer both short and long-term online counselling and psychotherapy.
As a registered member of BACP and working within the BACP ethical framework, I am fully committed to my own continual professional development, by regularly undertaking additional training courses to enhance my therapeutic work.
If you’re considering therapy and want to understand more about how I work, feel free to get in touch. I offer a free initial conversation where we can discuss whether working together would be right for you.
