About me

Think of the brain like a landscape with deep tracks and grooves formed by years of repeated thoughts and beliefs. Every time you become aware of a pattern, it's like snow falling across the landscape. Over time, awareness covers the old tracks, and once they're no longer the only visible route, new pathways and directions become possible.

Maybe you're experiencing low mood, and keep repeating the same relationship patterns. Maybe you overthink everything, struggle to trust yourself, find it difficult to be motivated, or constantly put other people’s needs before your own. Maybe part of you knows things need to change, but you’re not sure how to stop falling back into old ways of being. I offer both online and face-to-face therapy for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative, and together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and find an approach that genuinely fits you as an individual.

Many of my clients appear capable on the outside but internally feel disconnected from themselves. This work is less about ‘fixing’ you and more about understanding the deeper patterns shaping your life and finding a new way forward that is both meaningful to you and rewarding.

I believe it's incredibly important for you to find a therapist who is a good fit. That's why I offer a free consultation so you can get to know how I work as a practitioner and whether we will be a good fit to work together. I'm happy to receive requests via email or text.
