About me

Hello, I am dedicated to providing a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where you can talk openly about whatever’s on your mind. As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit your needs, drawing from different therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and feel more in control.

Rather than following a single method, I adapt my style to what works best for you. This might mean exploring how past experiences shape your present, identifying unhelpful thought patterns, or learning ways to manage stress and anxiety with greater self-compassion. My focus is always on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood.

I offer three ways to have a session: in-person in a purpose-built therapy room at The Eavis in Farnham, online, or walking therapy, so you can choose what suits you best.

The walking therapy is based in the Brickfields Nature Reserve in Aldershot. The walk will be tailored to you based on your needs. Walking therapy combines movement with conversation, providing a relaxed atmosphere that can promote deeper reflection and insight. It encourages physical activity, which can boost mood and reduce anxiety. Being in nature often helps clients feel more at ease and encourages open dialogue, making it easier to address challenges and explore emotions. It's suitable for all seasons, as we can adjust our clothing to stay comfortable year-round.

I understand therapy can feel like a big step, so I work at a pace that is led by you. To help you decide if I’m the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute chat where we can talk about what you need and how I can help.

If you’d like to take that first step, feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
