About me
Hello, I am dedicated to providing a safe, confidential, and welcoming space for individuals seeking counselling. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from various therapeutic modalities to find the best fit for each client's unique needs.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I believe everyone deserves to be heard, no matter what they are dealing with, and I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on empathy, positive regard, and trust. I have experience working with clients face-to-face and online, supporting individuals aged 18 to 70 with various concerns.
I have significant experience working with clients dealing with anxiety and depression, which are common yet deeply impactful challenges. Together, we will work on self-exploration, developing coping strategies, and exploring ways to manage and reduce symptoms, aiming to help you regain a sense of balance and well-being in your life.
I understand that therapy can be daunting, so I aim to support you at a pace that feels right for you. I currently offer online sessions of 50 minutes each, held weekly. To help you decide if my services are right for you, I provide a free 15-minute initial meeting where we can discuss your needs and explore how I can best support you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
