About me
Life can sometimes present us with challenges that feel overwhelming, and taking the first step to seek support isn't always easy.
My goal is to offer a calm and welcoming therapeutic space where you can begin to explore your experiences. Whether through conversation or creative approaches, I'll support you in finding flexible and meaningful ways to respond to life's difficulties.
I take an active and compassionate role in the therapeutic process, working alongside you in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.
By seeing the world through your perspective, I aim to help you make sense of your situation and feel more empowered to make the changes that feel right for you.
Our initial session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore how counselling could support you. It's an opportunity to begin building a trusting relationship and to understand what you need from the therapeutic process.
About Me
I am a clinical supervisor and integrative counsellor with extensive experience in both short-term and long-term therapy. I have worked across a variety of therapeutic settings, supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of professionals, adults, and adolescents.
Alongside my private practice, where I offer psychotherapy and counselling to individual clients, I also provide clinical supervision to fellow professionals in the field.
A significant part of my work involves supporting young adults and their families through a specialist programme. This includes addressing complex behaviours such as physical and verbal aggression, coercive control, manipulation, and anti-social behaviour.
In addition, I deliver time-limited, evidence-based psychological therapy through large employee assistance programmes (EAPs), and regularly receive referrals from GPs and healthcare professionals via the NHS.
Private Practice
My private and comfortable consulting room is located in the village of Deeping St James, with easy access from Stamford, Bourne, Spalding, Whittlesey, and Peterborough, Free driveway parking is available for your convenience.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
