About me

Explore. Reflect. Accept. Grow.

Hi, I’m Coral — I’m really glad you’re here.

Sometimes we feel disconnected — from ourselves, from others, or from life. That disconnection can show up in many ways: mood swings, anger, low mood, burnout, people-pleasing, or relationship struggles etc. You might feel like something’s “off” or like you’ve lost touch with who you are. However things show up, you’re welcome here — exactly as you are.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, empathetic, and honest space to explore what’s going on inside. I’ll listen deeply, and when helpful, I’ll gently challenge you too. Together, we can untangle what’s happening, process your previous experiences, reconnect with your sense of self, and move toward lasting change.

How I work:
I'm a qualified Person-Centred counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in philosophy, creativity, and care. I’m also neurodivergent (ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia), which brings lived empathy to my work — especially with fellow neurodivergent clients.

Growing up around severe mental illness in my family and navigating my own chronic physical health journey gives me a grounded understanding of how complex and unpredictable life can be. I know how powerful it is to feel seen and accepted.

Person-Centred Therapy is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on you, even if it doesn't always feel like it! My role isn’t to fix, diagnose, or give advice, but to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns at your own pace so you find the answers already within you. Whether that means talking, silence, tears, or even doodling — it’s all welcome.

This approach supports deep self-awareness, acceptance, and the confidence to live more authentically.

Neurodivergent-friendly therapy:
Being neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypicals can feel exhausting and isolating. As someone with lived experience, I understand how valuable it is to be met with genuine understanding, acceptance, and patience. Together, we can explore how your brain works, identify strengths and challenges, and develop practical, compassionate strategies that suit you.

Please note, I am open to working with all kinds of people, not just neurodivergent individuals.

Session info:
-Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60
-I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots — feel free to ask
-I work online and by phone using secure, encrypted platforms - if this feels overwhelming or confusing, don't worry, I'm happy to help you navigate that!
-I'm fully insured and registered with the BACP

Let’s connect:
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask any questions and see how it feels to speak with me. There’s no pressure — just a space to explore whether therapy with me feels right for you.

Taking the first step can feel daunting — I see that, and I celebrate it. You deserve to be supported, understood, and treated with kindness. I’d love to hear from you whenever you’re ready.

Kind regards

Coral

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Person-Centred counsellor and psychotherapist. I hold a Higher Professional Diploma (HPD) in Person-Centred Counselling from a BACP Accredited course. I was also awarded special achievement for being 'Top of the Class’ for the year of graduating.

I have a special interest, additional training, and lived experience of neurodivergence; however, I am not an expert. My ethos when working with neurodivergence is to explore and accept your neurodivergence, process your previous experiences, find and nourish your strengths, and develop any coping mechanisms you may need for living in a neurotypical world.

I have further training in:

  • Online and Telephone Counselling
  • Working with Neurodivergent Clients
  • Supporting Autistic People
  • Substance Misuse
  • Working Creatively
  • Trauma
  • Understanding Suicide
  • Working with Young People

I run my private practice Coral Sabrina Therapy, and I also work for Randstad as an online Mental Health Student Support Mentor. I have experience with all kinds of clients, including adults, young people, older people and neurodivergent people.

I also hold a BA Philosophy degree and a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design, both of which inform my practice when working creatively or dealing with existential issues. I also have a background in carework with the elderly, children, and animals.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
