About me

Welcome - I’m Claudia. And yes… there are a lot of profiles here.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure who to trust, or quietly hoping to find someone who really gets you - you’re not alone.

You might be here because something feels heavy. Maybe your relationship feels stuck or disconnected. Maybe your mind won’t switch off. Maybe you’re navigating life with ADHD, anxiety, low mood, or the long shadow of past experiences. Or perhaps you’ve tried therapy before and left feeling unheard or unchanged.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to have it all figured out first.

I’m a qualified transpersonal psychotherapist based in Moorgate and Westcliff-on-Sea, working with individuals and couples who want more than “just coping” - who want deeper understanding, emotional relief, and real change.

My work is integrative and tailored to you. That means I draw from different therapeutic approaches and adapt our work to your nervous system, your history, and your goals - rather than forcing you into a rigid model. Therapy with me is not about ticking boxes. It’s about creating a space where you can slow down, feel safe enough to be honest, and begin reconnecting with yourself and others.

A central part of my work focuses on relationships - including the relationship you have with yourself. I regularly support clients with attachment patterns, codependency, love addiction, emotional dependency, and relationship anxiety. Many of my clients are creatives, professionals, expats, and highly sensitive or high-achieving individuals who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally.

Couples therapy
In my couples work, I use Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a powerful, practical framework that helps partners move out of blame and defensiveness and back into honesty, accountability, and emotional closeness. Whether you’re dealing with recurring conflict, trust issues, emotional distance, or communication breakdowns, we’ll work together to rebuild safety and connection.

Above all, my approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and genuine human connection. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. It can feel supportive, steady, and deeply human.

If you’re ready to invest in yourself, your relationships, and your emotional wellbeing — I’d be glad to walk alongside you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold PG Diplomas in Psychosynthesis (Psych) Counselling, Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychology (accredited by Middlesex University) from The Institute of Psychosynthesis, reflecting six years of in-depth study and self-exploration.
