About me
We all need a little help sometimes. It maybe that you’re struggling with a specific problem, it could be a death, divorce, change of job or simply feeling stressed and anxious. Any change can cause stress and anxiety, even when the changes in our lives are clearly for the better.
Maybe you just feel down and don’t know why, perhaps leaving the house takes every bit of energy you possess and getting through each day leaves you exhausted.
Or perhaps you keep engaging in destructive behaviours – drinking, drugs, or gambling, no matter how hard you try and stop. Maybe you don’t want to stop but know that you should. Sometimes destructive behaviours are about poor choices, engaging in destructive relationships or not being able to maintain relationships at all.
Whatever you’re going through, I can help.
I’m a Psychotherapist incorporating integrative counselling and hypnotherapy which means I use a variety of different skills and theories to help you. I often use counselling and hypnotherapy together in one session to get results.
I have lots of relevant experience – I worked for 6 months in a crisis centre in Liverpool, I’ve also worked for 12 months in a primary school on the Wirral with Place2Be. I have a successful practice dealing with adults and young people of all ages with a variety of different issues.
