About me

As an experienced therapeutic counsellor, I work with individuals and couples who are trying to make sense of their lives, identities and relationships.

If you've landed here, there's a good chance you're holding a lot. Maybe it looks like:

  • A lifetime of feeling too much or not enough
  • Burnout, masking and exhaustion from trying to fit in
  • Relationships that feel confusing, painful or unsafe
  • Anxiety, depression or emotional overwhelm
  • The sense that something just isn't right, even if you can't quite name it

Or maybe you feel stuck, lost, or like you don't quite fit in this world the way others seem to.

We’ll untangle the messages you've been told about yourself and explore attachment wounds, masking, burnout and shame. This will help calm the harsh inner critic that never seems to stop.

You are not broken. Therapy is about understanding yourself more clearly, and learning how to meet yourself with compassion instead of constant self-attack. You don't have to keep coping, together we'll work on moving you towards a life where you're actually thriving.

I offer online therapy UK-wide, in-person counselling in Deal in a private building shared with other therapists. There's plenty of parking, and kitchen and toilet facilities are available.

Still not sure?

I offer a free 15-minute introductory chat on Teams so we can see if I'm the right therapist for you. If my style of working doesn't suit you, or if I don't have the right availability for you then I can offer recommendations of other practitioners.
