About me

I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply and create healthier, more connected relationships. Whether you're coming on your own or with a partner/friend/relative, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin relating in ways that feel safer, clearer and more authentic.

If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance you’re carrying a lot. You might recognise yourself in some of these:

-A lifetime of feeling too much or not enough
-Burnout, masking or exhaustion from trying to fit in
-Relationship patterns that feel confusing, painful or unsafe
-Anxiety, depression or emotional overwhelm
-A sense that something isn’t right, even if you can’t quite name it

In relationships, this might show up as recurring arguments, emotional distance, communication breakdowns, or feeling stuck between wanting closeness and protecting yourself.

In our work together, we’ll gently untangle the messages you’ve absorbed about yourself and explore attachment wounds, masking, burnout and shame. This helps soften the harsh inner critic and makes space for more connection and clarity.

You are not broken. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about understanding yourself more clearly and learning to meet your inner world with kindness instead of constant self‑attack. You don’t have to keep coping alone. Together, we’ll work towards a life and relationships where you can genuinely thrive.

I offer online therapy UK‑wide and in‑person counselling in Deal, in a private building shared with other therapists. There’s plenty of parking, and kitchen and toilet facilities are available.

Not sure yet?
I offer a free 15‑minute introductory call so you can get a feel for how I work and whether I’m the right fit for you (or you and your partner).

The best way to contact me is by email or message. I’m not always able to answer phone calls, but if you leave a voicemail I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
