About me

Life can be tough especially right now in these unprecedented times. Are you struggling to cope and feel like it's all getting on top of you? Whether this is Covid related or not that’s where counselling can help. I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and can provide a safe space (on telephone or via Facetime due to current Covid regulations) to offload and help look at your situation with empathy.

Counselling can help you find the direction in which you want to go whether you are struggling with a bereavement, a survivor of abuse, struggling with addiction or mental health issues, or undecided on what to do in a life situation. I will listen and support whatever circumstances you find yourself in without judgement. Each one of us is unique and so are our stories.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
