About me
Hi, I'm Claire and I know it can be difficult to ask for help and daunting looking at all these profiles trying to decide which is the right fit for you. Often though counselling can be the best choice we can make for ourselves.
Life isn't a straight path and there can be bumps and roadblocks along the way. Sometimes it can be hard to see the way through. Are you struggling to cope and feel like it's all getting on top of you? That’s where counselling can help. It can be hard to share your worries but not sharing can leave you feeling isolated and overwhelmed. I am a Person-Centred/Integrative Counsellor and can provide a safe space (on telephone, Google Meet or via Facetime ) to offload and help look at your situation with empathy.
Counselling can help you find the direction in which you want to go whether you are struggling with a bereavement, a survivor of abuse, struggling with addiction or mental health issues, or undecided on what to do in a life situation. I will listen and support whatever circumstances you find yourself in without judgement. Each one of us is unique and so are our stories.
I would love to hear from you, so please feel free to get in touch either by phone 074277 68902 or by email.
