About me
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, trained and accredited in person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy. What this means for you is I can provide a tailored approach. Understanding that not every person is the same - I can draw on techniques from each approach most appropriate and comfortable for you as a unique individual. We will work together to make sense of the difficulties and challenges you might be facing and find ways to help you manage and overcome them.
At the core of every therapy session, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to share whatever you wish, actively listen, and help you better understand your feelings and behaviour patterns.
I work with a wide range of emotional and personal issues such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, stress, and many more.
I provide face-to-face counselling in Liphook and Guildford and offer online sessions internationally.
Please, contact me to schedule a free 30-minute initial consultation over the phone or online to discuss your needs and wishes.
