About me

Welcome to Full Cup Counselling where empathy sits at the heart of healing. My style of therapeutic practice is tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your life right now whether you're feeling depleted and in need of restoration, or overwhelmed and needing space to process what feels too much.

Using a compassionate, solution focused approach, I support you in exploring challenges from your past, navigating present difficulties and building confidence for the future. Together we'll work to better understand your emotions, thoughts and behaviours, identifying practical and meaningful strategies that help you regain balance and clarity.

My aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood and empowered- helping you move towards a life that feels fuller, steadier and more aligned with who you truly are.

Working together with clients over the years I have supported clients with a variety of issues such as; anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger, jealousy, bereavement, identity, chronic health conditions and everyday life concerns.

I am certified in Relationship Counselling and have availability to support couples looking to engage in the therapeutic process. Couples therapy provides a space to slow down, listen and reconnect. Together, we explore patterns, unmet needs and shared goals to help you build a relationship that feels more secure, honest and aligned.

I am trained and have been working as a Child Bereavement therapist where I understand that grief can feel overwhelming, confusing and at times isolating. Loss can affect every part of your life, emotionally, physically and psychologically - everyone experiences grief in their own unique way. You do not have to navigate this journey alone.  Working together we can implement strategies to manage difficult feelings and process your loss and grief in a safe environment.

My background is Health, Social Care and Education with experience of teaching and delivery of educational programmes in schools, colleges and residential environments. I am dedicated to the personal and professional development of those I work with by encouraging people to believe they can achieve.
