About me
Life’s journey is not always a smooth one. When we are faced with difficult feelings or circumstances which are inhibiting our day to day living it is important to seek support to help us through the challenges.
Counselling can facilitate the adoption of approaches to life that bring about fulfilment and joy. The counselling process can help to uncover your uniqueness and become more accepting and loving of your true self.
My approach to counselling is tailored to to. depending on your needs . The core of our work together is based on a safe, trusting, non judgemental space where we can get an understanding of how it is for you in your world and from there help you find a way to progress.
I have been taught to Post Graduate level by expert tutors in their counselling approach, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT. This has equipped me with my unique integrative style of working with my clients. As an integrative therapist working in private practice in Holywood Co. Down with 15 plus years in the mental health arena and a passion for people to be the best version of themselves.
