About me

Welcome

I wonder if you may be experiencing feelings and emotions that are causing you anxiety creating overwhelming sensations to emerge.

Or you may be feeling sadness or emptiness within which is triggering feelings of being lost and unsure of the meaning and purpose to life.

It can be very difficult to deal with these feelings and takes courage to ask for help and support.

The therapeutic relationship is where we can be understood and explore our thoughts, feelings and sensations that may arise within.

When we have a safe space to explore and be heard without judgement it can help us to open up and make sense of what is happening.

Practice description

My training is in Psychotherapeutic Therapy which is an Integrative model under pinned by Person Centered.

I also draw from my Coaching and Mindfulness training which have been a large part of my life for many years.

I believe there are many ways to help someone, the relationship between the client and the counsellor is an important factor for change to take place.

Being heard and to feel unconditionally accepted can help you to uncover and share your deepest concerns.

How it works

The first session will include the consultation, this is where we can discuss any concerns or expectations you may have about therapy.

To begin with I recommend weekly appointments if possible.  I am also happy follow whatever you feel is right for you.
