About me
Thank you for looking at my profile. Difficult and challenging life situations affect us all. Sometimes, however, we can get overwhelmed or find it a struggle to cope. Whether these things are in our surroundings, our relationships or in our own thinking and general emotional health, it can be really helpful to turn to support. I would hope that by working with me you can quickly recover and gain a sense of equilibrium again so that you can get back to enjoying a happy and meaningful life.
