About me
Hi, I’m Christina. I’m a qualified integrative therapist working online with adults and young adults across the UK.
You don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what’s wrong or what you want to talk about. You might just know that you’re anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in the same patterns, struggling with relationships, or simply not feeling like yourself.
I work particularly with trauma, attachment, difficult relationships and family dynamics, low self-esteem, loss and neurodivergence. I have ADHD myself and work in a neurodiversity-affirming way, so therapy doesn’t have to look or feel a certain way to work.
My style is warm, down-to-earth and honest. I won’t just sit silently and leave you to do all the talking. I’ll ask questions, notice patterns, help you make connections and gently challenge you when it feels useful.
We can look at what’s happening in your life now, how your past might be influencing it, and what could help you move forward.
You don’t need the right words. We can start with where you are and figure it out together.
I offer a free 15-20 minute initial consultation so we can have a chat and see if I’m the right therapist for you.
