About me

I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist committed to providing proven therapeutic interventions and Acceptance and Commitment Therapist (ACT). I work continually to keep my skills up to date by regularly attending continued professional development training and incorporate recent advances in evidence based approaches into my work with clients.

I split my time between working as a Psychological Therapist for the NHS and seeing clients in private practice here at ACT Psychology Ltd where I see clients Online as a way for people to access effective help quickly and at a time and in a way that works around their other commitments.

Individual therapy on a range of issues for adults and adolescents (see below for examples of the types of issues I have successfully worked with clients on)
