I offer safe, steady, calm, warm, and non-judgemental support to work through current or past difficulties that might feel too big or complex to face alone.
I'm happy to work with individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, either online or in person. I'm also happy to work flexibly around childcare and/or work commitments. My areas of specialization include:
- Anxiety and depression
- Pre- and post-natal issues, including fertility issues, miscarriage, pregnancy, childbirth, and post-natal depression.
- Neurodivergence, including autism, ADD, and ADHD.
- Interpersonal and relationship issues.
- Issues from the past, including difficult experiences in childhood.
I am qualified and experienced in both person-centred and psychodynamic modes of counselling, and accredited by the National Counselling Association.

Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Studies at the University of Edinburgh, awarded with distinction. Ph.D., MSc (distinction), and MA in Social Anthropology, all from the University of Edinburgh.
