About me
Hi, I’m Chloe, a registered and qualified counsellor offering face to face, over the phone and online sessions.
Whether you are struggling to manoeuvre through current events or historic trauma, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore and identify what you find challenging, working together we can create a positive and bright future for you.
I became a counsellor as I have a strong desire to support and help people with challenges, I have found throughout my life that people have come to me for a listening ear. I feel I have a personable approach and I too have been through difficult patches in my life, needing the support and kindness of a friendly face and somebody to listen to me, and because of this, I have compassion and empathy for others who are experiencing similar struggles.
I believe that we know ourselves best and as such we hold the answers to our struggles, we are the experts of our own worlds. What I can do is help you identify and resolve your difficulties by providing a safe space where we explore the challenges together, working through your experiences to help you live a fulfilled and content life.
I strongly believe that by providing you with the right environment to grow, we can work together to achieve positive results. You can expect to be greeted with a safe, comfortable, and confidential space where change can happen.
I offer a free, non-obligated, initial 15-minute telephone consultation so we can talk through any questions you have, this also gives you a chance to identify if I am the right counsellor for you.
Once you have had a consultation, we can decide whether you would like face to face, over the phone or online counselling sessions. These sessions will be for 50 minutes at a cost £50.
I work from a therapy room in Southampton, Hampshire. The address is:
Director Generals House, 15 Rockstone Place, Southampton, SO15 2EP.
There is street parking outside, the current charge is £1.20 for an hour, there is also free parking at Archers Road which is a short walk away. All of which can be discussed in more detail when we have our initial consultation.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
