Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (MBACP)

About me

Hi, I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor working with individuals and couples. You might be feeling low, anxious, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply like something isn’t quite right. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on and work together toward change that feels meaningful for you.

I’m a registered member of the BACP, and I work with people from all walks of life, including professionals dealing with pressure, people adjusting to life changes, and those navigating cultural or identity-related questions. My background in business and therapy across different countries helps me understand the challenges of balancing inner wellbeing with real-world demands.

I use Relational Transactional Analysis (TA), a practical and thoughtful approach that helps us understand how past experiences and relationships affect the way we think, feel and relate to others now. I also draw on couple therapy training to support partners with communication, trust, and emotional connection.

I can support you with:

Anxiety or low self-esteem
Relationship and family struggles
Cultural transitions and identity
Stress, burnout, or life direction
Cross-cultural or international couple dynamics

With additional certification in couple therapy, I offer specialised support for partners seeking to enhance their communication, rebuild trust, or navigate relationship transitions.

If you'd like to explore whether we might work well together, I offer a free 20-minute video call. You can ask questions, and we can talk about what you're looking for in therapy.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

I work integratively, with a foundation in Relational Transactional Analysis—a model that explores how our early patterns and relationships influence how we feel, think, and relate today. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in respect, curiosity, and care. I adapt our work to suit your unique situation and goals, whether you're looking for clarity, relief, or a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.
