About me
You can talk to me about anything.
I offer my support to adults and children from all walks of life, regardless of gender, age, background etc. I mostly work integratively and relationally. I believe we can take what we need from all the wealth of resources available to us. I am trained in CBT and Humanistic Therapy. I believe therapy is more than just "fixing things". It can give us an opportunity to reflect deeply within ourselves and make the most of our situation. I may not have experienced exactly what you have but I can support you in making meaning of it which suits you best.
I work relationally as it allows making the unconscious-conscious to understand our patterns. I feel content in supporting my clients in enhancing their self-esteem and make the most of their lives.
I have a flexible working approach too.
I also work outside 9-5 hours and working days to make my practice accessible for everyone. I think the relational approach in therapy is very underrated. My flexibility for session timings is a small demonstration of that. I move beyond the conventional western set up of therapy and offer flexibility and dynamicity which is the core of humanness.
Please send me a hi on my email to book your introductory call. I usually respond within 24h. Excited to know you! I charge £45 per 60 minutes session.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I think the relational approach in therapy is very underrated. I move beyond the conventional western set up of therapy and offer flexibility and dynamicity which is the core if humanness. Of course, there are certain boundaries that are needed to be kept in mind and are useful. However, I tend to move beyond the orthodox therapy scenario.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist I cannot diagnose individuals. However, I have and do work with people who have received a diagnosis. I have previously work with people who have had the diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, Psychosis, OCD, etc.
