About me

Let's tackle the things that are holding you back this year, individually or in your relationships. You are not alone in this. I create a warm and inclusive space to enable us to explore past patterns, present choices and future solutions together. I have worked with hundreds of people around the world who have been experiencing anxiety symptoms, low mood, struggling with relationships, exploring the impacts of ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, understanding relationship, sexuality and addiction issues and all the other challenges that life sends our way. We can navigate our way through together.

As an experienced BACP Accredited psychotherapist and also qualified Coach I am welcoming, non-judgemental and empowering. The space we create together enables us to build a picture of where you are right now and then design a map to take you to where you want to be, even if you're not sure what that looks like yet.

You can email or text me to arrange a 10 minute free consultation to discuss how I can help you. I will be offering relationship and couples therapy online and in-person from August 2026.

As an integrative therapist and coach I bring in the most appropriate interventions to ensure you reach your life goals in your own uniquely effective way. I am experienced in working with ACT, Psychodynamic, transpersonal, spiritual, Gestalt and Person-Centred modalities in a trauma-informed way with an interest in our connection to our environment. I believe that psychoeducation is vital in supporting my clients in understanding their therapeutic process so I share resources and theories with you every step of the way - so that you can become more confident that you are the ultimate expert in knowing yourself.

You can contact me today to see if it feels right for us to work together and begin making your life the shape you want it to be.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
