About me

Hi, I am Charlotte a qualified counsellor offering online and in person sessions to adults aged 18+. I aim to build a therapeutic relationship so that you feel comfortable to talk about what has brought you to counselling. I am able to offer a confidential environment and an empathetic approach. I trained in Transactional Analysis counselling and psychotherapy. TA is a theory of personality of how we relate based on our childhood experiences.

Counselling gives us the opportunity to be heard and listened to without judgement. Processing life events can help with coming to terms with them, this can increase our self awareness, help us set boundaries and implement change in areas of our life that we want to improve.

I am accredited by the National Counselling Society and a Registered Member of BACP. I adhere to the NCS and BACP ethical guidelines. My practice is supervised.

It takes courage to reach out and seek help. If you require any more information please contact me via email or telephone.
