About me

Hi, I am Charlotte a qualified counsellor offering online and in-person counselling sessions to adults aged 18+. I am based at the Wellington Centre, Hastings on a Thursday for in-person counselling. I work online via Zoom on a Wednesday.

I am able to offer a confidential environment and supportive space to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences to understand them better and increase self awareness. Counselling gives us the opportunity to be heard and listened to without judgement. Exploring and understanding life events can help implement change.

I am accredited by the National Counselling Society and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am also a member of UKATA the association for Transactional Analysis. I adhere to the ethical guidelines set out by the NCS, BACP and UKATA.

My practice is supervised by a UKCP registered supervisor and psychotherapist.

It takes courage to reach out and seek help. If you require any more information please contact me via email or telephone.
