About me

Do you feel like you are always putting on a brave face, that you are hiding your true feelings from those around you?  Or are always putting the needs of others first?  Have you experienced difficult life events in the past that are impacting on your present?  Does it feel like this is just the way it is?

I specialise in working with women like you who want to be heard, understood and believed.  I offer a non-judgemental, respectful service where we can work together to enable you to live the life you most want to live.
