About me
Hi, I’m Charlene and I'm a counsellor who works with women who are tired with pretending that they’re fine.
If you’ve been the strong one for too long… if you’re exhausted from holding everything together… if you’re tired of being “on” all the time… this space is for you.
I offer a grounded, non‑judgemental space where you can finally put the weight down. You don’t have to explain yourself, shrink yourself, or perform. You get to show up exactly as you are.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship stress, or that quiet feeling that something in your life needs to change — we can work through it together, at your pace.
If you’re thinking it might be time to talk to someone who truly gets it, I’d be happy to hear from you.
