Supervision details
Supervision is a way of supporting your professional development as a counsellor, and we can cover issues like self care, safeguarding, cpd, consideration of treatment goals, setting up in private practice, drug and alcohol issues and reflect on your identity as a counsellor.
I'm also interested in how we account for, or do not account for difference. I'm working on a model that considers the aspects of the other that we see, and feel comfortable with and the aspects that we don't. How our intersectional identities impact on our work with the intersectional identity of the other.
