About me

We are born and raised to be in relationships in our early family, at work, and later with our partners.  When any of these become challenging it is painful, and finding help from an empathic therapist who understands you and is trustworthy, can restore life's balance and return you to successful living.

I am dual qualified being a physician and an integrative psychotherapist.  This brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to help people in difficult circumstances.

I work with clients who have difficulty living life to the full due to relationship stress at work, or at home. Sometimes experiences that happened many years ago limit us today and can be successfully worked through.

I am skilled to work with abuse, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, boarding school trauma, workplace bullying, relationship breakdown, fear of dying and loss, and bereavement.

I also offer counselling and prophylactic psychological supervision for NHS clinicians to prevent burnout and its consequences.
